I advise international clients on property acquisition, relocation and investment-led purchases across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. I help define the right brief, compare locations and properties, assess the commercial logic of each opportunity, coordinate negotiations and guide the process through to completion.
My professional background includes more than 20 years in executive and management roles within the international film industry, working across project financing, business development, sales, strategic partnerships and cross-border production. I also serve on the Board of the European Film Academy.
This experience shapes the way I work in real estate: with commercial discipline, discretion, strong negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate complex processes involving different markets, partners and professional cultures.
Clients work with me directly. When required, I involve Group 1Vest's property team and trusted legal, tax, technical, renovation and relocation specialists. My legal education helps me identify the right questions early, while formal legal and tax advice is provided by the relevant qualified professionals.
